Carolina Day School- Upper School Building
Roundtable Discussions
We will break into small groups for in-depth discussion of topics related to coping with the Gluten-Free diet. Possibilities include eating out, shopping, preparing Gluten-Free meals, baking with Gluten-Free flours, etc.
Attendees will have an opportunity to share their knowledge and learn from others. Come share and learn!
Directions to Carolina Day School: 1345 Hendersonville Rd. Asheville, NC 28803
From Interstate 40, take exit 50 south onto Hendersonville Road (U.S. 25), drive approximately 2.2 miles to Carolina Day School on the right.
From I-26, take exit 37 (old exit 6) onto Long Shoals Road and continue to Hendersonville Road (U.S. 25). Turn left onto Hendersonville Road and go approximately 3 miles to the entrance on the left. You will pass under the Blue Ridge Parkway and the campus will be at the next stoplight.
When you enter the campus, bear right and then take the first right into the parking lot for the Upper School. People are requested to enter by the doors on the far left of the front of the building (when facing it.) Gluten-Free Holiday Party Potluck
All Asheville GIG members and their families are invited to attend the Gluten-Free Holiday Party Potluck. Please bring a GF dish to share with the group. Plates, utensils and beverages will be provided. Come and enjoy eating with the peace of mind that comes when ALL the food is GF!
Directions to The Barn:
From I-40 take exit 44 (Enka-Candler). Turn right off the exit ramp onto 19-23 South. Drive approximately 3 miles and turn right onto Justice Ridge Road. Drive approximately 1 mile. The Farm (Barn) entrance is on the left.
December - There is no meeting planned. The next regular meeting will be January 20th.
